• Binged this in 2 nights
• First half was fantastic but second half was a mess
• The women are the 2 dumbest and sloppiest murderers ever
• Dislike how a man had to help or bail them out of trouble time and time again
• Because it goes against the whole feminist and femrage theme
• But I suppose this is meant to be realistic and not some polished thriller
• Still, they really should have just been allowed to gotten away with it
• Because he deserves to die and have his body never found

I think what the show does really well is highlighting how abuse is often inflicted by not just one person but also by those around them enabling it: those who looked the other way, those who helped to cover it up, those who knew but stayed silent,

Because silence is complicity. And sometimes it’s deafening.

While a trauma survivor isn’t always shocked by what was done to them, they’re often shocked that people don’t apolgize. They’re shocked at the number of people who defend the person who hurt them. They’re shocked by how much additional trauma comes from being traumatized.
